theora-dev -- video codec development and implementation

About theora-dev
English (USA)

This is the developer list for the Theora video codec. It was originally developed by On2 Technologies under the name VP3, then donated to Xiph.org who extended it and renamed it theora. It is on of the few royalty-free compressed video formats available.

This list is primarily for developers working on the specification, its implemenation and related integration issues. Other general video questions are also on topic.

To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the theora-dev Archives.
