Here follow a proposal about well known codebooks:

- use the Ident field msb to mark a Ident as well known codebook index.

- in the sdp configuration-uri an additional protocol will be signaled 
in the form of vorbis://encoder_name/version/

Caveats: Just one set of encoder produced known codebooks can be signaled.

An alternative proposal would be:

- use the Ident field msb to mark a Ident as well known codebook index.

- in the sdp configuration-uri an additional protocol will be signaled 
in the form of vorbis://default_list/date/

That form will just use a specific list associated with a date.

If the list of codebook is available it will be used, if isn't the 
alternative method will provide the codebooks.


Sounds ok? Can xiph provide a list of the current useful codebooks?

I'll read the new sdp improvement discussed on mmusic in case there is 
something else useful.
