[Vorbis] Query regarding libvorbis

Sounds like your player is assuming a particular sampling rate (probably 
44100).  Are your lower bit rate files 44.1kHz stereo or something else?

Yes.  It is trying to link against libogg as a dynamic library and it's not 
finding it.
