I've been thinking about porting my Java Vorbis decoder (www.j-ogg.de) 
to ActionScript, as it shouldn't be too difficult. I did a C# port in a 
few days and the ActionScript syntax is not that different from Java 
either. Give me a few more weeks and I'll see if I get something working.
