Unfortunately, this is not defined by the standard. In theory, you 
cannot decode any Vorbis-stream with limited memory. Practically, you 
will probably need at least a few hundred kilobytes to support streams 
with commonly used parameters.

There weren't any when I needed them and I don't think that any have
