[Vorbis] Muting an ogg file

[Jurgen [Promedialab]]

I'm looking for some way to create a muted ogg-file from an existing
ogg-file, with the same length.

At the moment I first decode the ogg file to wav, then I mute the wav by
setting the raw data to 0 followed by encoding the muted wav back to ogg.

This works ok, but is to slow for my needs. Anyone knows a way to mute the
ogg in a faster way?
