[Vorbis] older vorbis version

Versions back to 1.0b1 are available from 
http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/vorbis/

There weren't any 0.x releases. The sequence went:

1.0b1, 1.0b2, 1.0b3, 1.0beta4, 1.0rc1, 1.0rc2, 1.0rc3,
then 1.0, 1.0.1, 1.1.0, 1.1.1, and so on.
