[Vorbis] Doubts in decode books

Dear All,

I have few doubts about vorbis tremor code.

1.  Whats is the Max number of codebook entries?
2. Is the codebook is a column array or it has multiple columns?
3. What is the Max number of codebooks?
4.do we use seperate codebooks for floor and residue? if yes what is 
    the max size of code books used for floor and for the residue?
