[Vorbis] Pretec Allegro does not appear to play Oggs

Since you purchased it, you should contact the company and complain.

Someone from Xiph should probobally follow this up.  It's a very big 
deal when manufacturers are claiming support when they don't actually 
offer it.

I think this goes back to the idea of putting together a set of minimum 
requirements something must fufill before saying it "supports Ogg".  
Prehaps going as far as enforcing our trademarks and actually requiring 
a certification process before claiming support.

Not to add extra hurdles for player developers, but we're going to 
quickly loose our market edge if consumers begin ignoring the "Ogg 
Supported" features advertised for a product.
