[Vorbis] burning file to cd

There is. Monty only said, that you should only use a lossless format
if you want to burn an audio cd, but ogg is a lossy format. You should
use wav, flac or ape if you want to burn in a lossless way. Of course
your case is different, because the quality of the record depends on
your stereo as well.
You can use the following software:
HarddiskOgg to record to ogg, mp3 or wav from your record input to
disk right away. This tool is freeware. http://www.fridgesoft.de
Groove Mechanic to record to ogg or wav from your record input to
disk. This tool is especially designed to record LPs, because it has
some noise filtering. This tool is shareware. http://www.coyotes.bc.ca
Nero plugins to write from ogg, flac or ape to audio cd. The folder
this files to be copied depends on your nero version number.
