[Vorbis] newlines in vorbis comments

I admit I hadn't really thought about -t.  The reason is
I'm thinking about longer comments to be applied to multiple
files (when encoding albums).  These are a bit unwieldy at
the command line, putting them in files somehow seems cleaner.
You're right though, I didn't say what I wanted.
