[Vorbis] OGGDS\OggSDK missing from svn

The OggDS stuff is pretty old and unmaintained...

If you want my new filters for vorbis/speex/flac/theora try at 
svn.xiph.org/trunk/oggdsf

Or if you just want binaries, or a zip file of the source go here 
www.illiminable.com/ogg/

It contains and can build all the other xiph libraries (has VS2003.NET 
files)... as well as a whole bunch of other stuff (about 60 projects in 
total)
