[Vorbis] <endian.h>

Hi!,
When compiling I m getting some errror as "<endian.h>" file not found. Can u  please explain this error, I am running the programs on Microsoft visual  studio 6.0 suite with windows 2000 OS first, and then loading it onto a processor.
