[vorbis] Ogg artifacts

Did that get sent 3 times to everyone?  Or was it just me.  I think 
Thunderbird sent it multiple times.  I only clicked send once.  Sorry 
about that.  Hopefully it won't do it again (and hasn't been doing it 
for a while).
