[vorbis] How to split an Ogg Vorbis stream?

It runs under linux. From the CVS, run ./autogen.sh first, then do the 
./configure && make && su -c "make instal" routine, or dpkg-buildpackage 
-rfakeroot to take advantage of the debian directory, if you use that distro.
