[vorbis] WMA9 versus OGG

After listening to both files, I find that the Ogg file swishes a little, which is not unlike what I expected it to do.  I found, however, that the WMA 
file has a serious ringing problem.  I especially noticed this ringing in the ocean waves.  It sounded like an old tape that is rubbing hard against the 
head of the tape player and is squeaking in the speaker.  I know that WMA rings, but the ringing was unusually loud in this recording.  In short, I will 
take a soft swish over a loud squeaky ring any day.
