[vorbis] Mixing libvorbisfile with SDL

Oh, my.  That's quite ambiguous.  "the application must ... and close
the file." sounds like it's the application's responsibility to call
close() or fclose().

I'd change it to something like "the application must call ov_clear()
to clear the decoder's buffers.  ov_clear() will close the file."
