[vorbis] iTunes for Windows - Ogg Vorbis support

Sure, everything is possible.  But no one has done it in two years, and
I don't see it magically getting fixed.

Apple doesn't make the software on the iPod, that is made by
PortalPlayer, and they said they weren't going to support Vorbis.  Next
idea?
