[vorbis] vorbiscomment and multi line comments

I'll see how kludgerific it feels to have to type a few up by hand, first. 
The main problem will be that the vorbiscomment output from a file containing 
a multi line tag can't be fed straight back into vorbiscomment at present, 
but changing it to indent with '~' will look teh suck...

But I think I can get away with ' ~ ' just as easily as '~' and that won't 
look too bad. Will tinker.
