Just a minor correction, the "metadata" would be Ogg metadata, not Vorbis 
metadata.  It'd be a machine-parseable, not-generally-human-readable, 
flexible, binary stream in an Ogg file along with any other streams (be they 
Vorbis, Speex, or FLAC).
