On the flip side, I've had occasional reports of people locking up their Linux
boxes when they connect/try to mount the Neuros.  For the most part, either it
works great (as in your, my, and many other people's cases), or it doesn't work
in a non-catestrophic way, like the USB subsystem never assigns a SCSI device
to the Neuros, or stops sending data, but doesn't take down the whole box.

I haven't heard of anyone locking up their Neuros consistently by connecting it
to the computer, so the grandparent post is news for me.
