I think this is what I meant.
I guess in Switzerland & Germany downloading is not a performance either.
That's why they're in Russia. :)
Another "famous" mp3-Company is located in Spain (Weblisten) and another one
just opened (also in Spain, Puretunes). Both claim they are legal by having a
contract with the local performance licensing organization. But this is not
proven to be sufficent to be a legal download site. Also some music is not
distributed in Spain/Russia and when they nevertheless sell it, it's quite sure
that this is not good.
