It appears that there is no binary for version 0.9.9.3 available. The
most recent version is 0.9.9.5, which is available in binary form on
http://tobias.everwicked.com/oggds.htm. I believe (I could be wrong,
though), that Tobias has lost or misplaced the source code to 0.9.9.5,
and the most recent version he could find was 0.9.9.3, which is what was
imported into CVS.

Users that are simply looking to get Ogg Vorbis support into Windows
Media Player can install the binary for version 0.9.9.5 until some
Windows ninja volunteers to maintain the 0.9.9.3 version and provide
binaries.

Hope this helps,

Carsten.
