[vorbis] .ogg file extension for both audio and video?

It is an interesting concept to think about. The only problem with it
though is that not all players can play all formats. Or at least a
system may be setup that way. Maybe they don't have the WMA plugins for
Winamp and don't have Vorbis or FLAC setup in WMP. They would need to
use different players. Additionally somethings wouldn't be .music or
.video like speex stuff. It's generally not music. Would it be .talk?
I really think what is common right now is good.
