Noone mentioned machine parsability, nor was it implied.  Peoples ideas
of what a short note is may differ; the users of the Ogg Tag
Recommendations view several paragraphs as appropriate for marking up
their Oggs, but they are well within the limits of what the tagging
mechanism was designed for; the recommendations don't exactly encourage
putting whole chapters or books onto the CD cover, nor do the
Recommendations contain any concessions to "machine parsability" other
than requesting the DATE field be in ISO format.
