OK. You can download a small file(5k) from here:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/jfe1205/OVMinGW.zip .

This contains a replacement "os_types.h", that needs to go into the
"ogg\include\ogg" dir, and four makefiles and a batch file. The replacement
"os_types.h" caters for the MinGW32 data types.

Place the makefiles and the batch file in the root oggvorbis dir and run the
batch file from the command prompt. First, you'll need to edit the makefiles
and the batch file to reflect the names and locations of the various root
directories and your processor type (for optimisations).

The outputs are the static libs, the dlls and the import libs. The resulting
dlls work fine in CDex so must be OK!! They're also pretty fast in
execution.
