[vorbis] Why the commotion about file extensions?

IMO Amiga had a better method. Each file has and optional *.info file
which contains the icon and the command line to open that file. I hate
resource files because they are hidden and they can't be copied with
cp. Actually, resources files change filesystem semantics: you have two
different files "attached" to the same name. Bleah |:-666
Anyway, this is off-topic here. We just have to choose "standard"
file extension. Since nobody cares about the container format, I
suggest to use .vor or .vrb for ogg-vorbis, .the or .thr for ogg-theora, ...
