[vorbis] Concerning 'tagging proposal'

The standard allows all those tags.  It recommends using something like
OPUS=BWV49 or OPUS=82 or OPUS=K310, so if you want other people to be
able to sort oggs from various people by OPUS (assuming they've already
selected a set of oggs with the same COMPOSER), then neglecting OPUS in
favor of BWV would put a kibosh on that plan.

Should we say that the OPUS tag should be alphabetically sortable too?
