This does look very useful. I have tenatively added it to the copy of
the Ogg Tag Recommendations at
http://reactor-core.org/ogg-tag-recommendations.html
I have one question; is the '-' character allowed in tag names?
Second question, if the '-' character is fine, would it make sense to
change the "ENCODING" tag to "ENCODER-SETTINGS"?
