What about adding a webpage for 'Artists who do OGG'
and list their webpage links?

And sites such as:
http://audio.maineindymedia.org/
which offers over 400mb of speech and music .ogg
files, including ethan's anthem:

http://media.maineindymedia.org/content/EthanMiller/Kennebunk-N17/audio/ogg/Ethan_Miller_-_Declaration_of_War_(N17).ogg

If you are a crusader for social justice, you have to
hear that song!
