[vorbis] another cool use for the vorbis direct show filter

While Java isn't the best thing for cross-platform audio,
http://www.jcraft.com/jorbis/index.html  ("which includes a
pure-java Vorbis player, JOrbisPlayer") is easily to applied to
websites and isn't too big of a download even for dialup-users.  The
quality is not as full as the standard C reference implementation
that Xiph has put out, but it is adequate, if a little clunky, to do
what you want to I think.

Something similar to this has also been expressed in using just a
webbrowser to playback Ogg/Vorbis streams in realtime streaming
applications (eg, net radio).
