[vorbis] make lo-fi sound as good as RealAudio?

I don't undestand the meaning of -b -m and -M used toghether. Oggend
doesn't accept some values, and with some others it generates files with
an horrible sound. Try --downmix --managed -b32 -M16 and enjoy :)) That
parameters don't make much sense, but they are accepted, while -m8 -M32
without -b are refused. Probably I'm missing something. I'm using v1.0
stable (CVS).
