Since no-one knows exactly what's in it, you cannot say that drinking
water is safe [1].

The same applies here: in the absence of a suggested mechanism for
harm, actual evidence is required. So far, none seen.

[1] All "water" is contaminated by something, if only the traces of
dust out of the air that fall into it as you drink it.
