...and already there's stuff I don't like about it. There's this huge
interlude for getting set up with wget smack dab in the middle; if it gets
to be a huge impediment to anything, it might be worth factoring out into
its own little page. Or its own big page. At any rate, I'll rework the
Windows part of the wget introduction into a slightly longer and more
in-depth work with the tentative title "An Introduction to Windows' Command
Line" and put the thing on www.cyclooctane.com.

Incidentally, most of my accessibility knowledge is theoretical - Hank and
Geoff, could you go over http://www.cyclooctane.com/dev/pan/readme.html and
let me know if there's something I could do to make it more
navigable, sane, or whatever?
