[vorbis] backing up comments

Granted, this is a huge blast from the past, but I wanted to make sure that
something's absolutely clear.

This thingamabobber, if http://id3-py.sourceforge.net/ID3/ is to be
believed, will corrupt your Ogg Vorbis files with ID3 tags. As such, it is
not to be used on Ogg Vorbis files (or Ogg anything files).
