[vorbis] am getting an error in darkice fonfig file need some help please.

hello I am getting the following error message  I need help on trouble 
shooting this one.
[root at hank darkice]# ./run_darkice

Using config file: etc/darkice.cfg

of which i have no idea, but let me look around a little.
