Well, that's that. Snag http://www.cyclooctane.com/dev/pan/ with your
favorite browser or download utility.

Note that this page assumes you've renamed /Ogg to /vorbis and
/vorbis/Contrib to /vorbis/contrib. Why? because the directory reflects the
audio compression codec used (hey, you might post FLACs one day) and doesn't
require that visitors use the Shift key for no reason.

This document obsoletes (read: delete these files if you can; there's no
point in having the same thing mentioned in two places lest they get out of
sync):
http://pan.zipcon.net/eff_oal.txt
http://pan.zipcon.net/MP3-MP3-NOTICE
http://pan.zipcon.net/Acknowledgements
http://pan.zipcon.net/Info.txt
http://pan.zipcon.net/License
http://pan.zipcon.net/Mac/ (and everything in it)
http://pan.zipcon.net/Windows/ (and everything in it)
http://pan.zipcon.net/wget/ (and everything in it)
http://pan.zipcon.net/Ogg/MP3.readme

If you insist on keeping an archive of old programs for OS X and Windows
users, try a directory structure like this:

- tools/
  - windows/
  - mac/
  - unix/

This has the advantage of giving your visitors some idea of what's in the
"Windows" directory. Note that they're in all-lowercase, saving them the
hassle of bouncing on the Shift key--or trying to remember if they need to
bounce on it in the first place.

http://pan.zipcon.net/LIST ought to be re-done as HTML or deleted. It's
barely readable in that it's not at all clear what the relationships are
between various text strings. In addition, it lacks hyperlinks so even if I
did want "Dutilleux Sonata Hu" (presumably, a sonata written by Dutilleux and
performed by Hu), I'd have to go hunting around in the server for the thing
after finding it in the list.

Cheers,
        Nathan
