[vorbis] adjust gain without reencoding

If your playback device supports the (unofficial) replaygain spec, you 
simply add the following tag to your vorbis file:

REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_GAIN=-3.6800 dB

Of course, using vorbisgain is a lot easier.

At least Foobar2000, Winamp, and XMMS support this spec; I'm not certain 
about other players.
