[vorbis] new downloads

Fantastic!!!

Your info file claims that these are offered "for free download" - do
you have some license in mind?  For example: can I mirror your
recordings on my audio site (http://hebb.mit.edu/FreeMusic)?  Are they
public domain (I can sell them without giving you any credit at all),
Open Audio License (this is what I'm using currently), etc...?  Can I
add ogg tags (like your URL, a "part" field, etc)?

Would you mind a link from FreeMusic to your site?
