[vorbis] Donation/paypal problems

Hi!

1. I can't donate to Xiph, because paypal.com does not support my
   country ( I can't create an account for myself ). I'll explore
   the money order possibility...

2. there are some problems with paypal , see

3. did you read thje slashdot article ? :-)
