a) Don't cross-post. vorbis-dev at xiph.org is the appropriate list for this,
posting to many lists like you did is very annoying.
b) Don't send HTML mail, it's very rude.

That said: we supply DLLs for vorbis decoding on windows, using those to
do audio playback is easy.
