[vorbis] Packaging

Hi all.
Roughly how much of a -q=6 encoded Ogg Vorbis audio file of 44k/stereo/16bit would be
a- Ogg packaging & packetising?
b- Vorbis "frame" headers?
c- Vorbis data?

And if one was to use a Vorbis stream in conjunction with, for example, a DivX video, (or Windows ACM) would it require the Ogg packaging?
