[vorbis] use of ogg midi to control lighting desk

1) Make an ogg file the normal way.

2) Make a normal midi file that does the lighting stuff you want.

3) Run oggmerge on the two files to create a combined ogg.

4) Use omplay to play the combined ogg file, and make sure you tell alsa
which MIDI output is the light controller.

It's not elegant, but it can be done.
