That's 1.0
ogginfo (from vorbis-tools, as distributed with 1.0) will note all of
the official releases as a particular version (this is reported as "1.0",
and give the vendor string as-is for any other (unofficial) version.
You can look at the table near the start of ogginfo2.c if you want
an exhaustive list.
