[vorbis] Slightly fast playback of files on SuSE 7.3 install...

Nobody has bitten on this one yet.  Is it because of the typo? ;-)

As a futher note, it's not the encoding of the files as they play fine
on another box.  The only difference between the two boxes is the
version of SuSE that is installed (7.3 bad, 8.0 good) on them.

Anyone have a place for me to start looking?
