[vorbis] FAQ : CPU requirements ? and other

FMODs free player www.fmod.org can play Vorbis 1.0 files on a 1.2 GHz AMD
(using an Audigy EX platinum if that makes any difference) at about 5% cpu
usage. (running on Win98SE with 256MB ram & Rambooster running in the
background along with a load of other stuff)
