Tested the a cappella of VOICES, under different config options using
speexdrop. The results were good since I couldn't really tell the difference
between the speex file & the CD. Then again, if memory serves, i did find a
realplayer stream of the same track ages ago, and the quality was really
good (like 25kbps). The only thing is, speex only supports up to 16Hz, so
there will be an obvious techincal loss of quality.
