[vorbis] Strange encoding issue

By "converting" I mean just switching the format I'm using.  I've been 
slowly (~0.6x on an unloaded K6-III/450!) going through my CD collection 
and encoding them using ogg instead of mp3.  But no, I'm not re-encoding 
any /existing/ mp3s directly to ogg...that would be kind of ridiculous.
