[vorbis] Obtaining tag-independent track uniqueness?

The TRM acoustic fingerprint solution from Relatable would be great
except that it, like MP3, is patent-encumbered.  It then seems to me to
be very analogous to Gracenote with CDDB, where developer access can
suddenly be restricted to a seemingly open product.  Thankfully, freedb
exists.  A fully open acoustic fingerprint solution would be great, but
such a thing does not exist.  So, Relatable is not really a great
option.
