[vorbis] RipTrax Update Available

RipTrax CD Ripper has been updated to Version 0.0.9.85. Some details are:

    Greatly improved the reliability of the ripping process; user controls
are fully implemented and verified
    Enhanced the Output Storage construction tool to allow for better and
varied structures of output files and directories
    Fixed various bugs through extensive testing
    Probably the last (beta) release of RipTrax; version 0.1.0.0. coming
soon! Hurrah!
